ObjectDock. The Solution to Mircosoft GUI Design

Microsoft's GUi (Graphic User Interface) for Windows XP is absolutely boring after a while. I turned mine to silver because I just got to bored. The Vista GUi looks nice, but there is better. Apple's GUi.

Specifically today, the taskbar. It's absolutely ugly. Apple made a brilliant decision in the dock, which has made its way to the PC.

ObjectDock (thanks to Furat for recommending) is the brilliance of Mac design carried over to the PC platform. The basic free version of ObjectDock is all you need. Paying $20 for the plus version is not at all needed.

For me, I simply use the taskbar/dock to switch between open programs. But this Dock, like with the Mac design, allows users to place links to apps permanently on the dock. So now shortcuts over your beautiful desktop background is not needed. Simply opened an app, it pops up on the right if the dock just like the Mac. Then right click and hold it to the Dock. You can Mod the icon with any image in .Png, 32bit, or Jpg format.

Brilliant design meets the PC GUi without any cost. Performance of a PC with the style of a Mac.
